The 4th annual DREAM symposium identified the importance of patient engagement throughout the research process and included a presentation from our local iCARE patient advisory group

Presentations focused on the current research surrounding in utero health and exposures, and the effects on the health of the baby.

THEME  INTERVENTIONS TO PREVENT & TREAT TYPE 2 DIABETES

A variety of interventions currently being done, both with animal models and human participants, were presetend to show what is being done to prevent and treat type 2 diabetes, and what the next steps are.
